When it comes to Alpenbauer bonbons, you first think of lush herb meadows and traditional craftsmanship, although our varieties also extend beyond the Alpine idyll to embrace other global influences.
No matter whether with berries, fruity and spicy, tangy and aromatic, exotically refreshing or delicately sweet, our bonbons with delicious centres travel far beyond the edge of the Alps and the ‘white sausage equator’ to encompass a wide range of flavours. Enjoy ‘the bonbon’ according to a traditional or even completely innovative recipe and discover your own favourites.
Our bonbons made according to a classic recipe tickle your taste buds with the best of exquisite herbs and delicious fruits. At the same time, they soothe your throat and voice. With a delicious centre and valuable vitamin C, they are also refreshing and invigorating.
When making our organic bonbons, we only use natural, organically grown ingredients. In close collaboration with various raw material suppliers, we have developed our own recipes, which 100% correspond to the organic regulations.
It has long been said that they have a beneficial effect, but now they also have an outstanding taste: original Bach flowers essences, embedded in our proven bonbon recipe, promise an incomparable sweet delight for the palate, mind and spirit.
All three of the bonbons in the Schuhbeck edition have been made according to the original recipe of Alfons Schuhbeck and delight the taste buds with delicious and above all typical Alpine desserts.
